The Entry Form and Poster for the Midlands North Ladies’ Amateur Championships 2011 are now available for download.

The Championship is being at held at Longcliffe GC, Leicestershire on Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th July

The event is open to both Ladies and Juniors.

Handicap limit: 18.4 at point of entry
Entry Fee: £30 (Juniors: £25)
Closing date: Monday 13th June 2011

Format: Day 1 AM – 18 holes stroke play, PM Match play - Best 8 play quarter final. Remainder of field play in the Plate Competition. Day 2 - AM – semi-final. PM - final
