Ten Staffordshire clubs have so far signed up to provide Beginners golf tuition under the new Staffordshire CGP "Go 4 Green - An Introduction to Golf" initiative.

These are Barlaston, Branston, Brocton Hall, Drayton Park, Ingestre Park, Izaak Walton, Leek, The Lichfield, Perton Park and Uttoxeter.

It's great news that clubs are supporting our new County Partnership's drive to get more people in Staffordshire to play golf. So, if you know of anyone who is thinking of learning to play golf all the details of the lesson packages and contact details for the Go 4 Green and Girls Go 4 Green participating clubs are available on the Staffordshire CGP website:

There are two initiatives running:

Go 4 Green - a package of 5 introductory lessons for adults costing £25

Girls Go 4 Green - a package of 4 introductory lessons for girls which is FREE!

All equipment is provided.

Invitations to participate in the scheme were sent to all County clubs, however details are also on the Staffordshire CGP website and clubs can still register to be iinvolved.
