Congratulations to the Staffs Girls Team on winning their first match of the season against Lincolnshire 3.5 to 2.5

All were very good games and well played to Olivia Raybould (South Staffs) who was playing her first scratch match for the girls, she unfortunately lost but had a good fight on her hands!

We had 3 newcomers in the handicap matches.

Fern Clarke (Oxley Park)
Sian Plumton (Great Barr)
Lauren Hill (Ingestre Park)

All were playing in their first ever matches for Staffordshire and although they struggled against much lower handicappers  all said that they had enjoyed the experience and were very proud to be wearing their county shirts for the first time !!
