Congratulations to Staffordshire Junior County Captain Bronwyn Davis (Trentham) on a great start to her golfing season.
She successfully defended her title at the County Junior Championship which was held at South Staffs Golf Club on the 12th April. Bron is pictured below with the Bridget Jackson Cup.
She will go forward, with runner-up Emily Coleman, to compete in the Champion of Champions event in September.
Bronwyn also was the runner up in the County Championship, which was held at Little Aston Golf Club recently, for the second successive year. She narrowly lost by 1 hole to Curtis Cup 2010 team member and GB & I player Rachel Jennings(Izaak Walton).
However Bronwyn did win the Best Gross Runner-Up and the Best Nett score prizes as well as the Runner-up Plate!
