The list of members affiliated to the County that is sent to the County can be done separately and emailed to Diana Jeynes.

This list can be generated from your club computer, as long as it includes the handicaps, rather than fill the list in by hand.

The form can be downloaded as either an Excel or PDF document so that your Club Secretary can see what information is required.
