Staffs Ladies have won against Warwickshire Ladies 7½ to 4½. Staffs Ladies have now won The Centenary Cup for the 3rd year in a row.

Congratulations to Julie Brown (Trentham) on successfully defending her County Championship title against County Captain Sue Spencer (Whittington Heath) in the final today!

Staffs 1st Team played Worcs & Hereford Ladies on Sunday 6th May 2012 at The Kidderminster Golf Club. A win for Staffordshire 7 - 5 - a dry  sunny day! the morning foursomes were halved 2 matches all then a 5 - 3 win  in the afternoon singles. Well done to Staffs Ladies.

Staffs Ladies played Handsworth Men's Scratch Team on Sunday 22nd April2012 resulting in a win for Handsworth 4-0.

Format - 1 up start betterball and which ever pair goes 2 up in the match then has to give a shot to other pair but not on par 3's. 

The deadline for entry for the 2012 Greensomes Championship has been extended until the 16th May. Please could all delegates try and encourage support for this competition as entries have been poor.

Congratulations to our County Captain Sue Spencer on winning the Midlands North Regional Medal Finall!

The Final was held at Burton-on-Trent on Thursday 3rd May and according to the report on the England Golf website the conditions were very wet.

Sue from Whittington Heath won't be the only Staffordshire player at England Golf's Grand Medal Final. Congratulations also to Olivia Raybould (South Staffs) and Lucille Wood (Little Aston) who also qualified.
